I got to test drive an exersaucer when I was vacationing in Palm Springs a few weeks ago. I LOVED it so much my parents broke down and got me my very own. I was so excited today when I saw the box. I stared at the box all morning cause I recognized the picture on the cover. Then, when my mommy and daddy started to put it together, I got laser focused on their progress. Here I am on my first of many times in my new favorite toy.

My uncle Jonah got proactive when he saw me wearing my Duke jersey the other day (ahem...final four!!) so he sent me a U of M care package. I like the maze and blue, and I'm happy to cheer for my uncle and grandparents' alma mater during football season. But if U of M goes head to head with Stanford, Duke or Colgate, I'll have to use the infinite power of my thighs to root for my primary teams.

March Madness

Zoe made her first trip up to San Francisco to meet her best buddies, Eli, Abe and Rachel.  Zoe wasted no time boxing Rachel out to make her move on Abe as you can see below.  And thanks to Karen and Tom Welch, she was able to sport a Duke jersey to support her team as they beat Cal (a nod to her other love, Stanford, too), and move on to the Sweet 16.   There isn't much sweeter than having these babes together - we missed Ezra who was vacationing with his mommies in Florida.

From left to right: Grandpa, Nana, (Great) Grandma, Grammy, and Papa. Boy am I a lucky girl to be so loved and get to play with all my grandparents at the same time! I can't wait to meet my two, count 'em, TWO, other great grandmothers when I make my way back east this summer.

Grandpa told me to look at Nana cause she was doing silly things to make me smile. But I was so happy to be held by my Grandpa that I was smiling anyway. I can't wait for Grandpa to tell me all about my farmyard play yard so I'll be ready to help when I come visit the real farm someday soon!

Nana and me

Nana and Grandpa are out for a visit and we are already having so much fun.  Nana brought me a ton of clothes and these shades.  She said she saw a picture of me wearing my daddy's shades and thought I should have my own pair.  These do fit better, don't you think?

I'm having such a nice time in Palm Springs with Grammy and Papa and my mommy and daddy.  I thought it was supposed to be sunny in the desert, but today it rained.  I wore my sun hat anyway cause I'm on vacation.
